Really, guys? You gave Obama a Nobel Peace Prize? The dead line for information was 11 days into his administration. What did he do before then that deserves a Nobel Peace Prize? Fuck, what has he done SINCE that deserved a Nobel Peace Prize. He’s INTENSIFYING the war in Afghanistan, that is definitely not fucking peace oriented.
They literally gave him this fucking award for SAYING he’d work for nuclear disarmament, cooperation with the Muslim world, and other things. He hasn’t even done any of that. Does that mean you can win this fucking prize just by saying you’ll do something good? Why didn’t Mao Zedong win one for saying he’d make China a better place? Oh right, because he killed millions of people and didn’t actually do that.
Fuck you, Nobel Committee, you’re devaluing peace.
Don’t forget Al Gore, whose 10,000 sq. ft. house consumes over 10 times the energy of the average household in the United States, who had hundreds of thousands of dollars in oil stock, who owns a zinc mine, won the same fucking award two years ago for his work concerning climate change. Obama and Gore are both just politicians, making promises and preaching about things they really have no intention to change. Fuck the Nobel Peace Prize.
